String Tech Corp in developing our “High Performance Tennis” line of strings and apparel is committed to working in good faith with all our valued customers in providing the best value and competitive pricing. Our e-commerce website now insures that the products we ship to you are exactly what you ordered. Digital verification of ordering is housed in our data warehouse for validation as well as the measurement and tracking of orders. Additionally we have in place process controls enhancing the execution and fulfillment of ordering product to our e-commerce clients. This enables both String Tech and our clients the most efficient and accurate orders. Our goal is same day shipping when orders are entered before our shipping same day cutoff as indicated below. Orders received Monday through Friday before 2:00 pm EST (11:00 am PST) ship that same day. Orders received Monday through Friday after 2:00 pm EST (11:00 am) ship the next business day.
- We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and PayPal. Within the United States you can also send a check, money order and wire transfer

Returns and Warranties
In general, String Tech Corp will gladly return or exchange any purchase, with receipt, that is in new condition, for up to 30 days from original purchase date. All Merchandise must be as shipped to receive a full refund or store credit. String Tech performs a quality and assurance best practices of weighing each individual or roll of strings returned. In the event that there is a discrepancy you will be notified.
A restocking fee is applicable and at the discretion of String Tech Corp whenever the return is due to "wrong item ordered," "customer does not like the product," "item no longer needed," or "changed mind". If you return the product after the 30 day return period, a 15% restocking fee will be charged and no returns will be accepted after 60 days. Customer will be responsible for shipping costs to and from String Tech Corp. on all returns and exchanges except when us our responsibility.

- An RA (Return Authorization) is required. The shipping method of your choice may be used, however an insured/tracking service is recommended.

- All apparel must be returned unwashed and unworn with original tags still attached.
- Apparel that has been worn or washed cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Apparel items carry NO warranty from the manufacturer.
- The items in this category do not come with a manufacturer’s warranty.
- String Tech Corp will take back items that are defective with the exception of gross negligence or misuse by the client for 30 days after the invoice date.
- Returned product can be subject to a restocking fee plus shipping costs both ways.
- Refunds will take 1-3 weeks, which allows time to verify condition of product returned.

With a clear understanding of them, we think you'll find String Tech Corp the easy choice for all your tennis string and accessories needs.
- Miscommunications, misunderstandings or data entry errors are not covered under this guarantee.
- Orders can be confirmed via phone, e-mail or fax.
- We will take all reasonable steps to correct any other problems.
- The guarantee does not cover delays resulting from back orders or package delivery problems (UPS, Post Office, etc).
- Any incorrect items will need to be returned prior to the guarantee refund.
